TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms" hereinafter) establish the conditions of use and other matters concerning the service AI MyMon ("Service" hereinafter) provided on the website by BBmedia Inc. ("Company" hereinafter). Consent to these Terms is required in order to use the Service. Users of the Service ("Users" hereinafter) are requested to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1. Scope
1. These Terms apply to any and all acts by Users in using the Service.
2. The Company may establish rules on use and other rules concerning the Service ("Individual Terms" hereinafter) in addition to these Terms. Such Individual Terms shall constitute a part of these Terms, regardless of their titles.

Article 2. Use
1. To use the Service, Users shall prepare, at their own cost and responsibility, the devices, software, means of telecommunications, etc. ("Telecommunications Environment etc." hereinafter) needed for such use. The Company shall not provide any support regarding impediments to use of the Service due to causes such as deficiencies in the Telecommunications Environment etc.
2. Users shall bear any telecommunications charges incurred to use the Service.

  • (3) Criminal acts or socially harmful acts such as threatening, participating in, or encouraging criminal acts

  • (5) Use of the Service for improper purposes
  • (6) Damaging or impeding the functioning of servers and networks of the Company or any third party
  • (7) Acts infringing on the property, privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of the Company or any third party
  • (8) Acts causing disadvantages, damage, discomfort, etc. to the Company or any third party, such as acts detrimental to the good name, character, or trust of the Company or any third party
  • (9) Acts impeding operation of the Service or harmful to the Service's trust, reputation, etc.
  • (10) Acts causing fraud or mistakes of fact
  • (11) Acts detrimental to the healthy growth of young people, such as excessive sexual stimulation
  • (12) Acts intended to meet strangers
  • (13) Acts intended for political or religious activities
  • (14) Commercial use of information obtained from the Service
  • (15) Posing as other users
  • (16) Collecting or aggregating information concerning other users
  • (17) Promotion, advertising, solicitation, or marketing acts on the Service without the Company's permission
  • (18) Acts benefiting antisocial forces, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Service
  • (19) Other acts judged by the Company to be inappropriate
Article 4. Suspension of Service provision etc.
1. In any of the following cases, the Company may suspend or interrupt provision of the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to Users:
  • (1) For maintenance, inspection, or upgrading of the computer systems needed to provide the Service
  • (2) When it is difficult to provide the Service due to cases of force majeure such as fire, flooding, earthquake, pestilence or infectious disease, civil unrest, war, strikes, or amendment of laws or regulations
  • (3) When computers, telecommunications lines, etc. are down due to accidents or failures
  • (4) Other cases in which the Company has judged that it would be difficult to provide the Service
2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of Service provision.
Article 5. Disclaimers
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by Users or damage caused by claims for compensation for damages by third parties to Users in connection with use of the Service.
2. The Company makes no warranty to Users that the Service's operation, functions, and other properties will be free from defects. It also makes no warranty concerning matters such as suitability for purposes of use, suitability of results of use, or that use of the Service does not involve any infringements on the rights of third parties.
3. The Company makes no warranty that the Service will be usable in perpetuity. The Company may modify, make additions to, or discontinue details of the Service, in whole or in part, without any prior notice to Users.
4. The Company shall not be liable for any issues arising between Users and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
Article 6. Privacy
The Service shall not collect User information that could be used to identify specific individuals (such as Users' names or addresses).
Article 7. Ownership of copyright and other rights
Any and all intellectual property rights such as copyright and other rights related to the Service are the property of the Company or properly authorized third parties. Users hereby acknowledge and consent to the fact that all content related to the Service is owned by the Company or its licensees.
Article 8. Service changes etc.
1. The Company may change or terminate the Service and these Terms without prior notice to Users. In such a case, the change or termination in the Service or these Terms shall be notified to Users by posting on the Service, and the Service and these Terms of Use shall be changed or terminated as of the time of the start of publicity.
2. A User who has violated any of the provisions of these Terms for any reason may not use the Service.
Article 9. Notice or communication
Notices or communications between Users and the Company shall be made through the methods specified by the Company.
In addition, notices or communications from the Company to Users shall be deemed to have been received by the Users at the time of sending them.
Article 10. Governing law and court
1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. The court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the agreed exclusive court of first instance for any disputes concerning these Terms.
